With over a decade in business, I’ve built my career across marketing strategy, creative projects, sales, people management, and leadership.

Notably, my most recent and highly rewarding role was as the Chief People & Customer Officer at a leading Sydney-based marketing agency. In this position, I was provided the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial landscape and was a driving force behind the company’s rapid growth—scaling it from a small team of four offering social media management to a full-service marketing agency with 25 full-time staff. Working closely with the founder, I played a key role in expanding services, optimising operations, and building a high-performing team.

My passion for business and lifestyle led me to the Gold Coast, where I now partner with entrepreneurs and business owners to refine their strategy, implement scalable systems, and break through the mindset barriers holding them back.
